Originally from the Midwest, Erica grew up with the Great Plains as her backdrop—a place that fuels imagination, curiosity, and a sense that there’s always more beyond the horizon. Books and movies fed that curiosity for years, but eventually, wanderlust won. During her senior year of college, she left the United States for the first time to study abroad in Kerala, India. It was her introduction to true culture shock, unexpected warmth, new flavors, and the realization that the world was far bigger and more fascinating than she ever imagined.

After college, Erica built a 12-year career working for global brands like Amazon, Lidl, and Macy’s, including internationally in Germany and Ireland. As a former business executive who once took 167 flights in a single year, she knows exactly what it’s like to travel constantly—what matters, what gets in the way, and how much smoother the experience could be.

24 countries later (and counting), Erica still hasn’t lost her sense of wonder. And with EC3TRAVEL, she channels that experience, curiosity, and operational precision into designing seamless travel for her clients—whether they’re traveling for work, pleasure, or anything in between.
